Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less, and assisting in customers receiving deliveries in under 12 minutes! We have a freaky fast work pace and our managers keep the stores upbeat - we're having fun and providing excellent customer service!
Requirements:
- Greets and serves each guest freaky fast!
- Operates cash register - collect payment from customer and make change while adhering to all cash handling policies
- Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets
- Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches
- Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
- Maintains a super clean restaurant including tables, floors, windows, beverage station, restrooms, etc.
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's dress code
- Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
- Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience
- Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Performs other duties as required
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
